Hi!!! I'm so excited to share this post with you today! Since Valentine's Day is Friday I wanted to provide some inspo if you 're in a rut. Whether you are making something for your significant other, a Galentine, your grandma, or all 47 students in your child's class, these five delicious, vegan treats for Valentine's Day are great for anyone on your list.

Sugar Cookies with Pink Frosting & Sprinkles

Steve lovessss sugar cookies and I made these a few years ago. They are simple. delicious, and pretty much a crowd favorite. I follow the Minimalist baker cookie recipe linked below and use this super simple frosting recipe from Loving it Vegan. I found cute, heart-shaped cookie cutters on Amazon & then added sprinkles to make them extra colorful. This would probably be a fun project to do with little helpers.

I shared this how-to on my Youtube channel, but we love this recipe! You can make them in mini cupcake pans (result pictured above) or regular, and they are super simple. Here's a link to the video:

Chocolate Covered Strawberries or Pretzels

Possibly the easiest of the five, and great for a group! Just purchase your favorite pretzel rods and/or strawberries and a few bags of my favorite vegan chocolate chips from Enjoy Life & you're ready to go. I usually lay out parchment paper on a cookie sheet, use a pot on low heat, double-boiler or microwave to melt the chocolate, dunk the pretzels and strawberries in, and then line them on the paper to set. I like to add fun designs with pink frosting or sprinkles and put them in cellophane treat bags for my youth group kids. The chocolate chips are super allergen-friendly and are free from: gluten and wheat, peanuts, dairy, tree nuts, soy, casein, sulfites, egg, lupin, sesame, fish, mustard, crustaceans, and shellfish.

The Greatest Double Chocolate Cupcakes with Buttercream frosting

This is my go-to chocolate cake or cupcake recipe. You also probably have almost all the ingredients on hand already. I first made these for our engagement party & they were such a hit I have never tried another recipe since. If it ain't broke & all that. I've made these with buttercream and peanut butter frosting (just add peanut butter to the Loving it Vegan recipe linked above) and they are seriously so good. Make them!!!

Salted Caramel Chocolates

I'm planning to make these this year and going to follow this recipe! I bought a thermometer to try and make caramels months ago, but have been so sick until recently that I didn't even try. Salted caramels with chocolate are my absolute favorite, and I'm hoping these do not disappoint.

If you end up attempting any of these let me know in the comments below or over on instagram. Have the happiest Valentine's Day! You are loved, friend.
